Haven House Initiative leadership has been in the real estate development space for decades, particularly in distressed neighborhoods. We have provided housing for families that have a strong desire to own their homes and create an investment opportunity for their children. We recognize this desire and have taken on the responsibility of assisting families who traditionally renters and position them for homeownership. Our lease to own initiative was designed with this in mind.
